How To Cook Meatballs With Breadcrumbs Of Flaxseed Flour In Vegetable Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Meatballs with breadcrumbs from flaxseed flour in vegetable sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

For the meatballs:

600 grams of minced meat mixture
1/2 onion
150 grams of rye bread (the amount is approximate, it is good that the bread is not fresh)
1/3 tea cup of fresh milk
flaxseed flour to roll the meatballs
black pepper to taste
salt to taste

For the vegetable sauce:

1 large onion onion
carrot to taste
pumpkin to taste
1 tablespoon tomato paste
boiled water
frying oil

Method of preparation :

Break the bread into pieces and pour over the milk. Leave it like this for 30 minutes, during which time make the sauce: cut the onion into semicircles, grate the carrots and pumpkin.

Fry them in a small amount of oil over medium heat until semi-finished.

Add the tomato puree, pour a little water so that the mixture can boil (vegetables should predominate, not the liquid).

Add half a head of grated onion, soaked bread (without crusts) together with milk, salt, pepper to the minced meat and knead. The consistency should be neither liquid nor very thick.

Form meatballs, roll them in flaxseed flour.

Arrange on the vegetable sauce. Pour water that should not cover them completely.

Bake for half an hour in the oven at a temperature of 200 degrees.

Serve the dish with your favorite garnish.

Enjoy your meal!
