How To Cook Meatballs With Carrots, Beets And Garlic Sauce - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Meatballs with carrots, beets and garlic sauce". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

500 grams of minced meat of your choice
200 grams of raw beets
200 grams of raw carrots
2 eggs
spices to taste
frying oil


For the sauce:
150 grams of yellow cheese
230 grams of mayonnaise
2 cloves garlic
parsley to taste

Preparation :
Peel and grate the carrots and beets.

 


Mix the vegetables with the minced meat.


Add eggs and spices of your choice.


Mix everything thoroughly.
From the resulting mixture form meatballs, which are fried in hot oil.

 

Make the sauce.
Finely chop the parsley, mash the garlic with a knife or with a press.


Grate the cheese.


In a suitable bowl, mix the mayonnaise with the yellow cheese, add the parsley and garlic.

 

Stir. The sauce is ready.

 

Serve the meatballs with it.
