Required products :

  • 450 grams of minced beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/4 tea cup grated yellow cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 small onion, grated
  • 2 tablespoons marinara sauce
  • 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chopped basil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 large egg, lightly beaten

For garnish :

  • marinara sauce

Method of preparation :

  • In a large bowl, mix all ingredients and knead the minced meat. Do not over-knead, as the meatballs will become too hard.
  • Shape the meatballs with wet hands, scooping 2 tablespoons of the mixture.
  • Arrange them in a tray covered with baking paper.
  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees and bake for about 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve the garlic meatballs, garnished with marinara sauce.
