Necessary products:
500 grams of minced meat mixture
1 - 2 onions
3 cloves garlic
2 eggs
100 milliliters of fresh milk
3 slices of dry old bread
mix of different types of pepper
left
Method of preparation:
Using a blender, grind the dry bread until it crumbles and set it aside. Put the peeled onions and garlic in a blender, grind, add the eggs, milk and beat until smooth. Then add the minced meat to the milk-egg mass, mix thoroughly, add salt and pepper to taste. Finally, pour in the bread crumbs and mix well once more.
Cover the pan with foil, grease with oil, form meatballs from the mixture and arrange them in it. Bake in the oven at 190 degrees until done.
