How To Cook Meatballs With Minced Turkey, Zucchini And Couscous - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 tea cups chopped zucchini
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons chopped onion
  • 1 red pepper, chopped in bulk
  • 500 grams of minced turkey
  • 1/2 cup Arabic couscous
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons Worcester sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/2 teaspoon barbecue sauce

Method of preparation :

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Grease two 12-slot muffin tins using grease of your choice or cooking spray.

Grind the zucchini, onion and pepper into small pieces in a food processor, they should not be mashed, but simply be very finely chopped.

Put them in a bowl and add the minced meat, egg, couscous, Worcestershire sauce and mustard. Mix the products well. Fill the muffin tins almost to the brim with the mixture. Put 1 spoon of barbecue sauce on each meatball and spread.

Bake for 25 minutes, then wait for them to cool for 5-6 minutes and remove from the tins.
