Learn how to cook "Meatballs with mushrooms and cheese in tomato sauce". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
700 grams of minced meat mixture
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
150 grams chopped mushrooms a
few sprigs of chopped parsley
1 egg
100 grams of cheese
salt and ground black pepper to taste

For the sauce:
1 onion
2 cloves garlic
3 fresh tomatoes
400 ml tomato juice
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
oil
Method of preparation :
Add the chopped onion, garlic, mushrooms and parsley to the minced meat. Beat 1 raw egg, season to taste and knead. Form 10 meatballs, placing a piece of cheese in the middle of each. Then fry until golden in hot oil and start making the sauce.
Fry the chopped onion and garlic in hot oil and add the tomatoes, which you have previously ground with a blender. Let simmer for 5 minutes and then pour the tomato juice.
Add the spices and pour the mixture over the meatballs. Allow the dish to cook under the lid for about 20 minutes.
