Required products :

150 grams of mushrooms of your choice
1/2 zucchini
200-250 grams of minced meat
1 onion
50 grams of wet bread
salt and ground black pepper to taste
oil

Method of preparation :

Mix the minced meat with the wet and drained bread, season to taste and knead well. Form small round meatballs.

 

Cut the mushrooms into strips.

 

Diced zucchini.

 

Onions - finely.

 

Fry the meatballs in 2 tablespoons of hot oil until a light crust forms on all sides.

 

Remove from the pan and fry the onions in the same fat until golden.

 

Then add the mushrooms and zucchini. Let them cook together for 5 minutes.

 

Add salt to taste and add the meatballs to the dish with the mushrooms and vegetables. Cover with a lid and let the dish simmer for 10-12 minutes.
