1 egg
2 cloves garlic
2 tablespoons oregano
salt and ground black pepper to taste

For the sauce:

1 tablespoon olive oil
1 can of tomatoes in their own sauce
1 medium onion
1 tablespoon dried basil

For sprinkling:
1/2 tea cup grated yellow cheese

Method of preparation :

Add the egg, oregano, salt and pepper to taste, the crushed garlic cloves, the grated yellow cheese to the minced meat and grind everything with the help of a food processor or mix very thoroughly.
Using a tablespoon, scoop out the mixture, form small meatballs, arrange them on a board or in a suitable container and store in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.
