Necessary products for two portions:

 

  • olive oil or oil for frying
  • 500 grams of flavored minced meat
  • 1 onion
  • 2 carrots
  • 2 soft tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 300 grams of frozen peas
  • 150 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 1/2 bunch fresh parsley
  • sprigs of fresh dill
  • salt and pepper

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour oil into a saucepan and heat. From the minced meat form meatballs, fry, drain and set aside. Finely chop onions, mushrooms, carrots, tomatoes and saute them in the fat.

Add peas, tomato paste, fresh dill, parsley and season with salt and pepper. Pour 200 milliliters of water, put the meatballs and simmer on low heat until cooked.

Wait for it to cool, distribute portions and serve warm, sprinkled with fresh parsley.
