Necessary products

For the meatballs:

250 grams of minced meat
2 tablespoons breadcrumbs
2 teaspoons tomato paste
salt and ground black pepper to taste

For the harness:

1 teaspoon rice
1 onion
1 carrot
150 grams peas
30 milliliters oil
2 tablespoons tomato paste
500 milliliters water
salt and ground black pepper to taste, other spices of your choice

Method of preparation :

Mix the minced meat with the breadcrumbs, add the tomato puree, salt and ground black pepper to taste. Knead and make about 25 small meatballs. Fry them in hot oil until golden, then add the chopped onions and carrots.
