How To Cook Meatballs With Summer Vegetables And Pesto - Recipe

Required products :

  • 700 grams of flavored minced meat or the inside of raw sausages
  • 2 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
  • 2 small zucchini, cut into cubes
  • 2 yellow zucchini, cut into crescents
  • 250 grams of cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 tea cup pesto

Method of preparation :

Turn the oven to 220 degrees.

Form small meatballs from the minced meat. Mix them with the vegetables, season with salt and pepper.

Cut 8 sheets of foil, in 4 of them distribute the vegetables with the meat and place a second sheet on top. Seal well.

Bake for 15 minutes (you can also grill them).

Transfer the packages to a plate and add the pesto when serving.

Serve with nice toast.
