Required products :
Method of preparation :
Turn the oven to 220 degrees.
Form small meatballs from the minced meat. Mix them with the vegetables, season with salt and pepper.
Cut 8 sheets of foil, in 4 of them distribute the vegetables with the meat and place a second sheet on top. Seal well.
Bake for 15 minutes (you can also grill them).
Transfer the packages to a plate and add the pesto when serving.
Serve with nice toast.
