Learn how to cook "Melon cocktail with white wine and lemonade". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
700 melon (500 grams for cocktail and 200 grams for decoration)
2 lemons or lime
100 milliliters of apple juice
250 milliliters of dry white wine
750 milliliters of lemonade
crushed ice
Method of preparation :
Wash the lemons and use a sharp knife to peel them thinly, trying not to reach the white part of the citrus.
Squeeze the lemon juice. Cut 500 grams of melon into pieces and put them in the bowl of a blender. Pour the citrus and apple juices, then beat until smooth.
Put the lemon zest, transfer the puree to a suitable container and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Then remove the skins and pour the puree into the jug in which you previously put the white wine. Pour the lemonade and mix thoroughly.
From the remaining melon, make balls for decoration, using a suitable spoon. You can cut the soft part of the fruit into pieces if you do not have such a special device.
String the balls on cocktail skewers.
Put crushed ice in suitable glasses, pour the drink on it and serve it, decorating with melon decorations.
