How To Cook Melon Ice Cream With Apricot Juice And Honey - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams peeled and melon seeds
  • 100 milliliters of apricot juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the melon into pieces, put in a blender bowl and pour the apricot juice, which is best to be natural and freshly squeezed. Sweeten with two tablespoons of honey and beat the ingredients until smooth.

Distribute the resulting fruit puree in appropriate forms, store them in the refrigerator for 2 hours.

Then remove, put wooden sticks and put in the freezer for another 4 hours to turn the puree into ice cream.

Keep cool!
