Required products :
- 1 small melon, cut into cubes
- 12 figs, halved
- 50 grams of prosciutto
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- sea salt
- small bunch of basil
Method of preparation :
Mix the fruits with the prosciutto, pour olive oil over them and salt with sea salt crystals.
Sprinkle with basil and serve on a plate.
The salad goes well with cold white wine.
