How To Cook Melt With Red Peppers, Red Onions And Garlic - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of marinated red peppers
  • 4 cloves garlic, crushed
  • 4 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 2 red onions, cut into crescents
  • 150 milliliters of oil
  • 100 milliliters of vinegar
  • 2 sprigs of fresh dill
  • 10 grams of black peppercorns
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon of sugar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Cut the peppers, onions and put them in a bowl. In a bowl, pour the fat, vinegar and put the garlic, pepper, parsley, dill, salt and sugar.

Stir and boil the mixture. Add it to the vegetables and stir. Cool and serve the melt with a drink of your choice.
