Necessary products
For the dough:
200 milliliters of fresh milk
1 teaspoon dry yeast
1 - 2 teaspoons of granulated sugar
300 grams of wheat flour
2 tablespoons oil
For the stuffing:
melted cheese - 10 tiles
Method of preparation:
Heat the milk slightly, add the sugar and yeast, stir and allow to increase in volume. Then add the flour and oil, knead the dough and leave it in a warm place to rise. When this happens, divide it into 10 - 12 parts. Roll out each of them and put a piece of melted cheese at one end and make three cuts with a knife at the other.
Roll the dough with the cheese into a roll and pinch the edges so that the filling does not run out during baking.
Arrange the pies in a greased pan, grease them with egg and bake in a preheated oven for 20 - 25 minutes at 200 - 220 degrees.
Spread the finished snacks with melted butter.
