Required products :
100 grams of melted cheese
3 medium potatoes
1 carrot
1 medium tomato
1 liter water
oil
parsley to taste
Method of preparation :
Grate or finely chop a carrot, fry it in a little oil. Put the cheese in boiling salted water and stir until dissolved. When a homogeneous mixture is obtained, add the sliced potatoes and the whole tomato. Let the vegetables cook until the potatoes are ready. Then remove the tomato, peel it, mash the flesh with a fork and return to the pan.
Put the fried carrots, chopped fresh parsley to taste and let everything cook for another 5-10 minutes under a lid.
Spread the prepared soup on a plate, sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve.
