100 grams of melted cheese
3 medium potatoes
1 carrot
1 medium tomato
1 liter water
oil
parsley to taste

Method of preparation :

Grate or finely chop a carrot, fry it in a little oil. Put the cheese in boiling salted water and stir until dissolved. When a homogeneous mixture is obtained, add the sliced ​​potatoes and the whole tomato. Let the vegetables cook until the potatoes are ready.
