Necessary products:

250 grams of red beans

2 onions

2 tablespoons oil

400 grams of finely chopped beef

1-4 dried red hot peppers (depending on your preferences)

0.3 liters of chicken broth

1 box of green Mexican tomatoes (can red canned tomatoes, about 400 grams)

1 sweet red pepper

2 cloves garlic

1/2 tsp. dry marjoram

1/2 teaspoon turmeric (or cumin)

1/2 tsp Sol

1/2 tsp hot pepper (chili)

Method of preparation:

Leave the beans to stand in 1 liter of water overnight. The next day, boil it in the same water until it softens almost completely.

Cut the onion into cubes. Fry it in hot oil together with the finely chopped meat. Cut the dried peppers into strips and soak in the chicken broth.

Drain the liquid from the tomatoes, cut them into pieces and add them to the meat. Then add the remaining products: hot pepper, sliced ​​sweet pepper, chopped garlic cloves, marjoram, turmeric, salt and finally pour the chicken broth. Cook everything in a saucepan for 2 hours on low heat. Then drain the beans from the water and mix it with the products, let it boil for another 30 minutes.
