How To Cook Mexican Minced Meat Dish With Beans And Corn - Recipe

Required products :

  • 450 grams of minced beef or finely chopped lean meat
  • 1 onion
  • 1 teaspoon spicy curry powder
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 400 grams of canned tomatoes
  • 1 tablespoon tomato paste
  • 400 grams of canned red beans
  • 180 - 200 grams of sweet canned corn (may be frozen)

Method of preparation :

Take a deep frying pan and put the minced meat (or chopped meat), chopped onion, spices and fry everything for 4 - 5 minutes, until the meat turns brown and the onion should soften. Stir all the time. Then add the tomatoes, puree and mix well again. Close the pan with a lid and let the dish simmer for about 15 minutes.

Carefully add the corn and beans. Season with salt and pepper to taste and simmer for another 10 minutes.
