Cut all the vegetables into cubes. Put them in a bowl, add the corn and drained beans, hot pepper and coriander.
In a small bowl, squeeze the garlic, add the lemon juice, olive oil, mustard, cumin, grate the lime peel, season with salt and pepper. Mix the products well.
Drizzle the salad with the dressing and serve chilled or at room temperature.
