Required products :

  • 1 liter of fresh milk
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 3 tablespoons (topped) flour
  • 100 grams of butter

Optional additives:

  • pieces of orange or tangerine;
  • pieces of banana, kiwi, pineapple, peaches;
  • raisins or other dried fruits.

Method of preparation :

Add eggs, sugar (and vanilla) and flour to 200 milliliters of cold milk. Beat with a blender. Bring the remaining milk to a boil and add the cold mixture to it, pouring it in a thin stream. Let everything simmer on low heat, stirring constantly until the cream boils and thickens. But do not cook after that. If lumps form, break them, stirring vigorously. Remove the pan from the heat and add the butter in pieces, stir. Wait for the cream to cool a bit, distribute it in suitable bowls or cups. When completely cooled, add dried or fresh fruits, nuts. You can also sprinkle with grated chocolate.
