Heat olive oil and fry rosemary. Cool the fat, remove the twigs and set it aside. Add the yeast and salt to the flour. Mix the already cooled olive oil with the milk and add the chopped olives.
Combine the two mixtures, knead a plate and make the dough. Grease an all-metal pan or saucepan, place the bread and put a lid on to speed up the rising process.
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees and bake the bread first on the bottom rack for 20 minutes, then in the middle of the oven for another 30. When ready, wrap the bread with a damp cloth. Cool, cut and serve.
