How To Cook Milk-butter Cream With Semolina And Lemon - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Milk-butter cream with semolina and lemon (for cakes and pastries)". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

80 grams of semolina
120 grams of sugar
150 milliliters of milk powder (you can usually use fresh)
1 lemon
300 grams of butter

Method of preparation :

Pour the milk powder into a saucepan, add 4 tablespoons of semolina, sugar and pour 600 milliliters of water. Then beat everything with a blender. It is good to first pour 1/3 of the water and then gradually the rest.

If you decide to use fresh milk instead of dry milk, water becomes superfluous.

Transfer the mixture to a suitable pan and simmer until stirred, stirring. About 10 minutes are enough to make a mush.

Cover it with a towel so that no layer forms on the surface.

Sweep with lemon. Wash it, boil it whole for 5-7 minutes. It should soften. When this happens, cut it, clean the seeds and chop finely. Sprinkle with a few spoons of sugar and puree. You could turn it into a smooth paste or leave small pieces of citrus to feel in the finished cream.

Once the porridge has cooled, it will thicken even more. Add the oil to it at room temperature.

Beat everything with a blender, mix with the lemon puree, beat once more and the cream is ready.

It turns out fluffy and very tasty. It is ideal for making cakes and pastries.

Enjoy your meal!
