Necessary products

For the dough:

  • 2 teaspoons flour
  • 1 1/4 tea cup sugar
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 vanilla
  • 1 packet of baking powder

For the milk sauce:

  • 1 liter of fresh milk
  • 500 milliliters of sweet sour cream
  • 150-200 grams of condensed milk

For the glaze:

  • 200 grams of caramel (topping)

Method of preparation :

Divide the yolks and whites into two separate bowls. Beat the yolks with half the sugar and the egg whites with the rest of the sweet crystals and vanilla. Carefully combine the two mixtures.

In a separate bowl, pour the flour and baking powder, mix and start to spoon a little in the egg combination. Mix well (use a wooden spoon) and pour into a pan.

Put in a preheated 200 degree oven, after 10 minutes reduce the temperature to 170 and bake for another 20 minutes. Then allow the marsh to cool a bit and pierce it with a toothpick. Remove from the pan.

Mix sour cream in a deep bowl with fresh and condensed milk. Stir until a homogeneous cream, do not use a mixer.

Pour a small part of the milk mixture into the pan in which you baked the base. Put the cooled loaf on top of the cream and pour in the rest of the milk mass.

The dessert must stand for several hours before it can absorb the liquid. Drizzle it with caramel topping and enjoy the taste.

Enjoy!
