Beat the eggs in a large bowl, add half the sugar and beat for another minute with a mixer.
Pour the semolina and the flour mixed with the leavening agent into the resulting foam. Stir vigorously.
Then add salt, vanilla sugar and stir again.
Mix the lemon juice with the batter.
Grease a suitable container with oil or butter, sprinkle with semolina or flour, then fill with the dough.

In the meantime, start making the milk filling. Pour 150 milliliters of milk into a bowl, add the remaining sugar and heat over medium heat. Stir constantly until the crystals are completely melted. You do not have to boil. Turn off the heat and while the milk is still hot, pour the remaining 70 milliliters (cold) into the same container.
Once the cake is baked, wait for it to cool (to be warm or completely cold) and then syrup with the milk sweetness without removing it from the mold.
Decorate the juicy dessert by sprinkling it with coconut shavings or decorate to your liking.
