How To Cook Milk Cake With Raspberries And White Chocolate - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 3 ready swamps
  • 400 grams of mascarpone
  • 200 grams of sour cream
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar
  • 3 tablespoons condensed creamy milk
  • 200 grams of fresh raspberries
  • 200 grams of crushed white chocolate or sawdust

 

Method of preparation:

 

Prepare the first loaf, if you wish, syrup it with sugar syrup. In a bowl, place the mascarpone, sour cream, sugar and condensed milk.

Beat the mixture until homogeneous and spread on the marsh. Garnish with some raspberries. Put the second one, syrup it too, spread the cream and add the rest of the fruit. Finish with the third.

 

Glaze the cake and its surface with the remaining milk cream, sprinkle with chocolate shavings and cool for two hours. Remove, cut the cake and serve.
