We share an easy and express option, suitable for any occasion. A light milk cake from rolls will definitely arouse interest.

Necessary products:

  • 2 ready-made sponge rolls
  • 200 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 100 grams of blueberries
  • 100 grams of berries
  • 1 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 1-2 tablespoons blueberry jam
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • juice of half a lemon
  • stretch film

Method of preparation:

You need a bowl with a diameter of 27 centimeters. Cover the bottom tightly with cling film. You cut the rolls into pieces and arrange them in the dish, and you will use the rest of them in the end. Beat the confectionery cream with a mixer for 4-5 minutes, on medium speed, mix it with sour cream, powdered sugar and lemon juice. Stir with a wooden stirrer until homogeneous. Wash and dry the blueberries and strawberries, add them to the mixture whole and pour over the pieces of cake so that they cover all sides evenly. Finish the cake with the remaining cut roll and seal the bowl with foil. Put the milk mixture in the freezer for 1-2 hours to harden. Then, using a plate, turn the dessert over, remove the stretch film, cut into portions and serve, garnished with blueberry jam.

Enjoy your meal!
