Required products :
1.5 teaspoons milk
3-4 carrots (depending on their size)
1/2 onion
1.5 tablespoons flour
2 teaspoons soy sauce
3 tablespoons oil
2 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon melted cheese
salt and pepper taste
Method of preparation :
Peel the carrots, onions and garlic, then grind them together with a blender. Fry the resulting puree in hot oil for 10 minutes, stirring.
Pour in the soy sauce, stir, and a minute later add the flour, followed by the milk and grated melted cheese.
Season to taste and mix until smooth.
The sauce is ready. You can serve as an addition to pasta, fish or rice.
