Required products :

  • 1 carrot
  • 1 onion
  • 3-4 cloves of garlic
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 connection kale
  • 300 grams of cooked white meat
  • 5 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 teaspoon basil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 200 grams of gnocchi
  • 250 milliliters of warm milk

Method of preparation:

Pour water into a saucepan, add salt and cook the chicken. Strain the broth and set aside. In a pan, heat olive oil, fry peeled and chopped onions, carrots and garlic.

 

Wash and cut the kale into small pieces, add the vegetables and stir.

 

Season with nutmeg, basil, salt and pepper. Return the pan to the hob, remove the chicken and chop finely. Pour the vegetable mixture into the broth, add the meat and gnocchi.

 

Let the soup simmer on low heat for 15-20 minutes and add the warm milk.

 

Stir, distribute portions and serve warm.
