Required products :

100 grams of chocolate of your choice
1 liter of fresh milk
2 tablespoons granulated sugar or to taste
4 tablespoons powdered sugar
4 eggs (separate the egg whites and yolks)
vanilla sugar optionally
cinnamon, ground coffee or cocoa for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation :


Pour the milk into a suitable container and add the finely chopped chocolate. Place the pan on the hob and stir with a wooden spatula until the mixture is hot.

Separate the yolks from the whites. Mix the egg whites with the sugar crystals and gradually add to the milk-chocolate combination, stirring constantly.

Heat the drink without letting it boil. Distribute it in suitable cups.

Beat the egg whites with a mixer, adding a little of the powdered sugar and vanilla.

Decorate the drink with the resulting foam, sprinkle with cocoa, coffee or cinnamon and serve.

Instead of egg whites, you can use whipped cream for decoration.
