Necessary products:

 

for marmalade

 

  • 320 grams of fresh strawberries
  • 100 grams of sugar

 

for the cake

 

  • 250 grams of unsalted cream cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons skim milk
  • 4 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 8 tablespoons sugar

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash and chop the strawberries. Put them in a saucepan and sprinkle with sugar. Heat the mixture to a minimum temperature for 30 minutes. Cool it and puree until homogeneous.


In a bowl, mix the starch, sugar, skim milk, eggs and cream cheese. Stir until smooth and pour into a parchment-lined pan. Preheat oven to 170 degrees and bake for 40 minutes.

Allow the cake to cool, glaze it with the fruit jam, cut and serve. Optionally decorate with fresh mint leaves.
