Learn how to cook "Milk cream dessert with paradise apples and caramel-walnut bars". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
250 milliliters of cream with a fat content of 25%
250 milliliters of fresh milk
12 grams of gelatin
50 grams of brown sugar
4 small ripe paradise apples or 2 large ones
vanilla
For the caramel-walnut blocks :
100 grams of sugar
100 grams of pecans or plain
2 tablespoons water
Method of preparation :
Pour cold water over the gelatin and allow it to swell. Peel the paradise apples, remove the seeds, if any, and puree with a blender.
Mix the milk, cream and sugar in a small saucepan, heat well (to about 85 degrees), but do not allow the combination to boil, then remove from the heat.
Add the fruit puree, vanilla to the milk mixture and stir.
Then add gelatin and mix well again.
Distribute in cups, bowls or other suitable molds, which are stored in the refrigerator for a few hours so that the dessert can harden.
During this time, start making the caramel decoration. First grind the walnuts. Mix the water and sugar in a suitable bowl, stir, place on the stove and heat over low heat until caramel forms. Add the nuts and stir quickly.
Pour the mixture on parchment and flatten. When the layer has cooled, break into pieces. Serve the finished dessert with them.
