Required products :

  • 5 sheets of gelatin
  • 400 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 100 grams of sugar
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 8 grains of cardamom - 5 crushed in bulk, 3 ground
  • 500 grams of yogurt
  • 3 tablespoons honey + more to serve
  • 2 tablespoons crushed pistachios
  • 1/2 mango, chopped

Method of preparation :

Soak the gelatin for 5 minutes in cold water to soften.

Mix the milk with the sugar and the coarsely crushed cardamom, transfer the mixture to the casserole. Heat - almost to a boil, stirring to dissolve the sugar. Remove from the heat.

Squeeze the water from the gelatin and add it to the pan with the milk, stir. Leave for 15 minutes, then pour into a clean bowl, removing large pieces of cardamom.

Stir in the yoghurt and ground cardamom to the milk mixture.

Rinse 6 cups of caramel cream with cold water and distribute the mixture in them. Refrigerate for 4-6 hours.

When ready to serve, carefully free the edges of the dessert from the sides of the dish by running a knife along the edge of the dessert. Then immerse the base in hot water for 5 seconds. Turn into a plate, and before serving, garnish with pistachios, mangoes and honey.
