Method of preparation:
Peel a squash, grate it and squeeze the juice. In a saucepan pour half the milk, add the fruit puree and sugar. Put some of the raisins and nuts.
After the liquid boils, mix the starch with the rest of the milk and pour in a thin stream into the pan. Stir until thickened and cool.
Pour the cream into bowls, garnish with nuts and raisins, garnish with honey, pistachios and cool. Serve and enjoy the taste.
