Required products :
200 milliliters of fresh milk
15 grams of starch
35 milliliters of sugar syrup
10 grams of cranberries
1 tangerine
Method of preparation :
Wash the tangerine, scald it with boiling water and grate the peel with a fine grater. Bring 3/4 of the milk to a boil, add to it 1 tablespoon of sugar syrup and grated citrus peel. Dissolve the starch in the remaining cold milk and strain. Pour the mixture into the hot milk, stir and cook on low heat for 10 minutes.
Distribute the hot cream in bowls, cups or molds soaked in water and cool. Then place the cold dessert on a plate, pour with blueberry syrup or another of your choice. Garnish with pieces of tangerine, cranberry or other fruit.
