How To Cook Milk Dessert With Biscuits And Jelly Worms - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

for the vanilla mixture:

 

  • 1/2 teaspoon sugar
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • pinch of salt
  • 300 milliliters of almond milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 10 grams of vanilla

 

for the milk mixture:

 

  • 100 grams of unsalted cream cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soft butter
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 200 grams of natural cocoa biscuits
  • packet of jelly worms for decoration

 

Method of preparation:


In a saucepan pour half of the milk mixed with sugar, salt and butter, and in the other part dissolve the starch. Combine the two mixtures, add the egg yolks, vanilla, stir vigorously and allow to cool.

 

Beat the cream cheese together with the powdered sugar, vanilla, butter and add the cooled pudding.

 

Mix well with a mixer and distribute in bowls to half. Grind the biscuits with a blender.

 

Sprinkle with cream and fill with the rest. Finish the dessert with the crumbly mixture and decorate with the jelly worms. Serve chilled and enjoy.
