Required products :
400 grams of cottage cheese
100 grams of milk chocolate
250 milliliters of high-fat liquid cream (about 30%)
30 grams of butter
150 grams of powdered sugar
Method of preparation :
Remove the oil from the refrigerator beforehand so that it can soften at room temperature. Beat the curd (choose dry), add the cream (you may not use all), butter and powdered sugar. Mash everything thoroughly with a fork or beat with a blender.
If you think that the curd is not very dry, you can reduce the amount of butter and cream (the resulting combination should be dry). Form balls, cubes or other shapes from the mixture, put them in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Meanwhile, make the glaze. Break the chocolate into pieces and pour cream over them. Put the pan on low heat and stir until the chocolate is completely melted. When the combination has cooled a bit, remove the milk forms from the freezer and dip them in the glaze. Arrange on parchment and return to the freezer for an hour, then store in the refrigerator.
You can serve with fruit.
