Required products :
1 liter of fresh milk
1/4 tea cup yogurt or kefir
3 tablespoons light liquid honey
1 head of beets
Method of preparation :
Put the fresh milk on the stove and when it boils, remove from the heat and allow to cool to a warm state.
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into thin slices.
Add honey to the milk and stir until completely dissolved. Then add the beetroot pieces, stir and let the mixture stand for about half an hour so that it can color.
Cool the milk to 40 degrees and strain. Add the yoghurt (kefir), stir and distribute in cups or suitable bowls. Wrap them in a blanket or towel and leave for 5-6 hours in a warm place.
When it is fermented, put it in the fridge to cool and you can serve it.
