How To Cook Milk Dressing With Parmesan, Thyme And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Milk dressing with parmesan, thyme and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 3/4 tea cup yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/4 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 teaspoon capers
  • 1 tablespoon cold pressed olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 clove of garlic, pressed
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

  • Mix the yogurt, lemon juice, parmesan, capers, olive oil, mustard, garlic, thyme and a pinch of salt in a blender.
  • Mash on low speed until smooth.
  • Season the milk dressing with salt and freshly ground black pepper and mix well.
  • Transfer to a bowl and serve.
