Necessary products:
400 ml whole milk
200 ml high-fat cream
130 g sugar (or to taste)
1 tbsp cornstarch
3 egg yolks
peel of 1 lemon (peel the lemon so that the peel gets a spiral shape)
cookies and cinnamon for decoration
Method of preparation:
Pour the milk and cream into a saucepan, put the mashed lemon zest and half the sugar. Put on medium heat until the sugar has melted. Remove from the heat and remove the crust. Beat the yolks lightly with the remaining sugar and starch. Pour the egg mixture into the milk, stirring constantly. Put on medium heat and stir until the cream thickens. Then distribute in suitable bowls or cups and allow to cool completely. Before serving, decorate with cookies and sprinkle with cinnamon.
