How To Cook Milk Garlic Bread With Oregano And Sea Salt - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 1 kg of white flour
  • 1 tablespoon salt, equal
  • 1/2 tablespoon sugar
  • 42 grams of live yeast
  • 400 milliliters of warm milk
  • 1 tablespoon skim milk
  • 2 broken eggs
  • 80 grams of melted butter
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 5 cloves garlic, pressed
  • a few sprigs of fresh oregano
  • fine sea salt for sprinkling

 

Method of preparation:

 

In a bowl, sift the flour, add salt and stir. In another bowl, pour the warm milk and add the sugar, yeast and olive oil. Wait for the leavening agent to activate and combine with the dry ingredients. Stir gently and add some of the butter, olive oil, skim milk and beaten eggs.

Stir again and knead a soft dough. Put it in a bowl, cover with cling film and leave to rise. Then divide into six equal parts, form balls and arrange them in a tray, cover with a sheet of non-stick paper.

Grease with oil and sprinkle with oregano and sea salt. Wait for the loaves to double in volume and bake them in a preheated 190 degree oven for 35-40 minutes. Cool, break and serve warm.
