Required products :

1 1/2 teaspoon sugar
2 3/4 teaspoon liquid cream
2 tablespoons butter
1 1/2 teaspoon fresh milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Preparation :
Pour the sugar into a small saucepan and pour 1/2 teaspoon of water. Stir constantly until the mixture boils. The sugar should melt completely. Use a suitable waterproof brush moistened with water to remove the sweet crystals from the walls of the dish.
You stay on the stove until you get a rich amber color. Then remove the caramel from the heat, pour thoroughly 1 teaspoon of hot cream and stir. Be careful not to burn yourself.
Then add the butter and stir until the mixture is smooth and homogeneous. Divide it into two parts, put half in a tightly closed container and allow to cool to room temperature.
In a separate bowl, beat the remaining caramel and cream (chilled) with the milk, add the vanilla extract. When the mixture has cooled completely, freeze.
Serve the finished ice cream, drizzled with caramel.
