Necessary products:
750 milliliters of fresh milk
150 grams of chocolate
100 grams of sugar
30 grams of gelatin
vanilla to taste
Method of preparation:
Pour gelatin with cold boiled water in a ratio of 1: 8 and leave to swell for 30-40 minutes. Grate the chocolate on a coarse grater and add it together with the sugar in the hot milk. Add the dissolved gelatin, wait for the mixture to boil, pour into molds and cool.
Before serving, immerse the tins in hot water for 1-3 seconds and turn their contents on a plate.
