Required products :

400 grams of sour cream
200 milliliters of milk
1.5 tablespoons of gelatin
2 tablespoons of cocoa
70 grams of sugar

Preparation :
Mix the milk and cream in a suitable bowl and beat until smooth.
Put the combination on low heat and dissolve the gelatin in it, no lumps should remain and do not allow the mixture to boil.
Then add the sugar and stir a little more on low heat.
