Required products :

For the white layer:

2 teaspoons fresh milk
1 - 1.5 tablespoons gelatin
3 tablespoons
vanilla sugar on the tip of a knife

For the dark layer:

1 tablespoon coffee
3 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon gelatin
1 teaspoon water

 

Method of preparation :

Fill the gelatin with water and allow it to swell (separately for the two layers). Then drain the water.
To make the milk layer, mix the sugar with the milk, place on the hob and stir until the mixture boils. Add the vanilla, remove from the heat and allow the combination to cool. Then add gelatin and heat until completely dissolved, but do not allow to boil.

The dark layer: boil coffee, sweeten it and mix with gelatin. Heat the combination until the gelatin dissolves, then cool.

Divide the dessert into suitable glass bowls or cups, alternating black and white mixture. The thickness and sequence of the layers are at your discretion.
