Necessary products:

 

  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 tablespoons oil
  • 350 milliliters of fresh milk
  • salt and pepper
  • 250 grams of scalded fresh spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 stalk of fresh garlic
  • 150 grams of shredded cheese
  • 50 grams of grated Parmesan cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Pour the fat into a pan with a lid, heat it and fry the flour. Dilute with fresh milk, season with salt and pepper.

 

Once the sauce thickens, add the chopped spinach, fresh garlic, parmesan and beat the eggs.
