Necessary products:

 

  • 80 grams of fresh goat cheese
  • 20 grams of cottage cheese
  • 25 grams of fresh milk
  • 2 grams of gelatin
  • 10 grams of sour cream
  • 100 milliliters of confectionery cream
  • 100 grams of quince jam
  • silicone muffin tin

 

Method of preparation:

 

Soak the gelatin in cold water and stir until dissolved. Add the cottage cheese and goat cheese to the milk and beat until smooth. Mix the confectionery and sour cream with the prepared gelatin, combine the two milk mixtures and mix. In the silicone mold, pour the jam, press with a spoon and pour the milk liquid. Put in the freezer for an hour, remove from the molds and serve the mousses decorated to your liking.
