Required products :

  • 1 liter of fresh milk
  • 1 liter of strong alcohol
  • 700 milliliters of water
  • 750 grams of sugar
  • 60 grams of orange peel

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the orange peel. Pour the milk into a saucepan, add 300 milliliters of water, orange peel and alcohol. Bring the mixture to the boil. Boil sugar syrup and remaining water. Then take a glass container with a capacity of not less than 5 liters. Pour the two liquids into it and close with thick paper. Leave in a warm place for 8 days. Shake the contents of the container daily. After 8 days, store the liqueur in a dark place (in a cupboard, for example) and it should stay there for at least 6 weeks (preferably 8). Filter the finished drink and distribute in bottles. You can consume.
