Required products :
1.5 teaspoons flour
3 teaspoons sugar
5 tablespoons cocoa
7 grams of vanilla
1 liter of fresh milk
200 grams of butter
Method of preparation :
Pour the milk into a saucepan and put to heat over medium heat. Mix the flour, cocoa, vanilla, sugar.
When the milk is warm, add the dry mixture to it, pouring a thin "stream" and stirring constantly with a wire whisk. Cook briefly to obtain a homogeneous combination without lumps. Then add the butter and cook until thickened. Let the paste cool and you can now spread a slice with it. Store in the refrigerator.
