Necessary products:

 

  • 1 bunch fresh coriander
  • 2 finely chopped garlic cloves
  • juice of one lemon
  • 4 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons white wine vinegar
  • 100 grams of walnuts
  • 225 grams of cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon water

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the coriander leaves in a blender and saturate them. Add garlic, lemon juice, olive oil, vinegar, walnuts, cream cheese and water. Beat until a thick and homogeneous mixture is obtained. Pour it into a bowl, cool and serve the pate with a slice of toast or bruschettas.
